Dara Money: Electronic Communications Consent

1.Scope of your consent

By using Dara Money, you consent to receive account disclosures, agreements, statements, and notices electronically, by email, in-app, or on getdara.app, instead of on paper.

This consent applies to the communications related to opening and operating your Dara Money account and to the documents these Terms reference.

2.Methods of delivery

We may deliver electronic communications by posting them in the app, sending them to the email address associated with your account, or making them available on getdara.app. It is your responsibility to check these channels.

3.Hardware and software you need

You need a device with internet access, a current browser or the Dara app, a valid email address, and the ability to view and save PDF documents.

If our requirements change in a way that could affect your ability to access communications, we will let you know.

4.Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent, though doing so may limit or end your ability to use Dara Money. To withdraw, contact hello@getdara.app.

Withdrawal takes effect once we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it and does not affect communications already delivered.

5.Requesting paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic document by contacting hello@getdara.app. A fee may apply where permitted by law.

6.Keeping your contact details current

Keep your email and contact details up to date in-app or by contacting hello@getdara.app so you continue to receive communications. We are not responsible for communications you miss because your details are out of date.

7.Legal effect of electronic records and signatures

You agree that electronic records and signatures used at account opening and throughout your use of Dara Money have the same legal effect as paper records and handwritten signatures, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
