Dara Property: Disclosures

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Draft, pending legal review. This document is a working draft for review and does not constitute legal advice.

Important disclosures about Dara Property. Read these alongside the Terms of Service.

These disclosures explain the nature of the service, the roles of partner lenders and providers, and the risks involved so you can make informed decisions.

Investment property only

Dara Property supports investment (non-owner-occupied) property. It is not intended for primary-residence purchases.

Because the service is limited to investment property, some protections that apply to owner-occupied consumer mortgages may not apply to your transaction.

Financing through partner lenders

Financing is provided by partner lenders, not by Dara unless expressly stated. Loan approval, rates, and terms are determined by the lender and disclosed before you commit.

Your financing relationship for a given loan is with the lender, and that lender's agreement governs it.

Licensing

Mortgage and lending activities are conducted under applicable licences. Licence details: NMLS [NMLS ID]; [LENDER LICENCES]. Check NMLS Consumer Access for current status.

Licensing requirements vary by state and by the type of activity, and the applicable licence for your transaction is identified where required.

No guarantee of approval or returns

Applying does not guarantee financing. Property investment carries risk, and Dara does not guarantee rental income, occupancy, appreciation, or any return.

Any figures, estimates, or calculators are illustrative only and are not a promise of performance or of financing.

Fair lending and equal housing

Dara and its partner lenders are committed to fair lending and equal-housing principles. [EQUAL HOUSING / FAIR LENDING STATEMENT, as advised by counsel.]

Financing decisions are made on lawful, non-discriminatory criteria set by the lender.

Third-party services

Appraisal, title, insurance, and entity-formation services are provided by independent third parties under their own terms and pricing, disclosed before you engage them.

Dara coordinates these services but is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent providers.
