Dara Property: Electronic Communications Consent

This consent covers how Dara delivers disclosures and agreements for Dara Property electronically, including property and loan documents you sign electronically.
Please read it before you agree, and keep a copy for your records.
Scope of your consent
By using Dara Property, you consent to receive disclosures, agreements, and notices electronically and to sign property and financing documents electronically where permitted, instead of on paper.
This consent applies to the documents these Terms reference and to the property, financing, and entity documents involved in your transaction.
Methods of delivery
We may deliver electronic communications by posting them in the app, sending them to the email address associated with your account, or making them available on getdara.app. Partner lenders and providers may deliver their own documents electronically through their systems.
Hardware and software you need
You need a device with internet access, a current browser or the Dara app, a valid email address, and the ability to view and save PDF documents.
If our requirements change in a way that could affect your ability to access documents, we will let you know.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw this consent, though doing so may prevent you from completing a transaction that requires electronic signature. To withdraw, contact hello@getdara.app.
Withdrawal takes effect once we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it and does not affect documents already delivered or signed.
Requesting paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronic document by contacting hello@getdara.app. A fee may apply where permitted by law.
Keeping your contact details current
Keep your email and contact details up to date so you continue to receive documents; update them in-app or by contacting hello@getdara.app. We are not responsible for documents you miss because your details are out of date.
Legal effect of electronic signatures
You agree that electronic signatures and records used for property, financing, and entity documents have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and paper records, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Certain documents may still require a specific form of signature or notarisation, which we will tell you about where it applies.
